01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and win303 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of win303 platform usage, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, participation in games, and all other interactions with our services.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing the login page, or simply browsing the WIN303 website, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated herein. This agreement is final and binding for as long as your account remains active.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Melayu version and other language versions of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the primary reference for players in Malaysia.

02Player Eligibility

Win303 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Not listed on the voluntary self-exclusion register of any gambling regulatory body.
• Not residing in a territory or country that prohibits online gambling activities under local law.
• Not an employee, contractor, business partner of WIN303, or an immediate family member of any of the above.
• Possessing full mental capacity to make financial decisions independently and responsibly.

03Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to register and maintain one active account only at win303. Multiple accounts, whether registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and verifiable.
• Players are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login credentials.
• Win303 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by the player's own negligence.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any other party is strictly prohibited.
• The full name provided at registration must match the name on the official identification document used for KYC verification.

Win303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from players at any time, including during registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

04Deposits and Payments

Win303 accepts a variety of deposit methods including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same player's name.
• Win303 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the deposit section of the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Successful deposits will be credited to the player's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
• Win303 does not cover any third-party transaction fees that may be charged by your bank or payment provider.

05Fund Withdrawal

Win303 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. However, there are certain conditions and procedures that players must comply with before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same player's name.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes a copy of your ID, proof of address, and any other requested documents.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated in the withdrawal section of the platform.
• Players must fulfill the applicable rollover requirements if there is an active bonus in the account before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Win303 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or regulatory compliance purposes.
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the selected payment method.

06Bonuses and Promotions

Win303 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and eligibility criteria stated in each promotional offer.

• Each bonus has its own rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before any bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the associated accounts.
• Win303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will be treated as fraud and the account in question will be closed.

07Game Rules

All games available on the win303 platform are operated in accordance with international standard rules and are subject to certified RNG technology. Players are required to understand and comply with the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final and non-disputable once the round ends, unless a verifiable technical error occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active round, WIN303 will use server data to determine the valid game outcome.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to the support team immediately. Players found exploiting bugs for gain will face account closure.
• Win303 reserves the right to void any rounds or bets affected by technical errors and to refund the original bet value to the player.

08Player Conduct

Win303 expects all players to interact with the platform and fellow players in a respectful, fair, and responsible manner. Conduct that violates our community standards will not be tolerated.

• The use of offensive, threatening, or abusive language in any WIN303 communication channel, including live chat and game chat, is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing, selling, or disclosing account information to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity that can be classified as fraud, hacking, or interference with WIN303 systems is strictly prohibited.
• Submitting false claims or fraudulent documents to the WIN303 team is strictly prohibited.

09Account Closure

Players may close their win303 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Win303 also reserves the right to close or suspend any player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registering multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system.
• Requests from competent authorities.

Funds in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited by WIN303, depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of the internal investigation.

10Liability Limits

Win303 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes or betting decisions.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

Win303's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the win303 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of win303 or our licensors. Players are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing WIN303 content without written permission.
• Using the WIN303 name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Reverse engineering of WIN303 software or systems.

12Terms Amendment

Win303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the win303 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

The last updated date for the current version of these Terms & Conditions is January 2026. WIN303 encourages all players to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable rules.
